It is the grace of God that teaches us to deny ungodliness & worldly lusts, by His Holy Spirit, available to all mankind for salvation. It is the grace of God, by His Holy Spirit that helps us live soberly, righteously & godly in this present world. It is the grace of God by His Holy Spirit that prepares us for that blessed hope and the glorious appearing of the great God & our Saviour the Lord Jesus Christ. It is the grace of God by His Holy Spirit that marked us with the Blood of Jesus so we can enjoy all grace abounding towards us & have all sufficiency in all things abounding to every good work.
