John’s revelation, “On His robe and on His thigh He had inscribed a name: King of kings and Lord of lords.” We can never stop thanking God that He had mercy for mankind, knowing that we humans are helpless and cannot with our own works, deeds, actions or performances, remove our sins or reconcile ourselves to God in any way. So He humbled Himself and identified completely with mankind by being born and laid in a manger, growing up in simplicity and dying on the Cross as a criminal, so that the sinless Blood sacrifice would redeem all. That is why God exalted Christ when He raised Him from the dead. Now every knee bows to Jesus and every tongue confesses JESUS CHRIST IS LORD. It had already been prophesied by Jacob thousands of years before, “Nations will bring Him tribute And bow in obedience before Him.” David too was revealed, “Yes, all kings will bow down before Him, All nations will serve Him.” Jesus Christ is the King of kings and Lord of lords. There is no one else. Amen!
