“And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, Speak unto Aaron and unto his sons, saying, On this wise ye shall bless the children of Israel, saying unto them, The LORD bless thee, and keep thee:”
Numbers 6:22-24 KJV
The priests were specially chosen and anointed by God to bless and pronounce the Name of God upon the people. In Christ, you are a priest especially called to bless others. The Lord Jesus Christ is your High Priest and your great Blesser. As you are one with Him, you are authorised, anointed, assigned, chosen and called to bless through Word and deed! The Source of your blessing will never dry up! As parents, bless your children; as children bless your parents; spouses bless each other; leaders bless your congregation; congregation bless your leaders; citizens, bless your nation; employers bless your employees and employees bless your employers. Because the LORD God blesses you in Christ, be a community, family, church of blessers. The Lord Jesus is the Personification of every blessing. He is the One Who keeps you by the power of the Holy Spirit. He shields, guards and protects you as the apple of His Eye! Let’s be the ones who bless others because the Lord keeps us and let this flow into others lives. Amen!
